Yes, all LUMOS projectors come with a 1-year local warranty that covers manufacturing defects. Our service center is located locally to ensure quick turnaround times for our customers.
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
We process orders within 24 hours. For West Malaysia, delivery typically takes 2-4 business days, while East Malaysia orders usually arrive within 5-7 business days.
Can I connect my smartphone to the projector?
Absolutely. LUMOS projectors support wireless screen mirroring for both iOS and Android devices. You can also connect via HDMI or use the built-in smart apps like Netflix and YouTube.
Do I need external speakers for a cinematic experience?
LUMOS projectors are built with high-fidelity internal speakers designed to fill a room. However, you can easily connect external soundbars or Bluetooth speakers if you prefer a more powerful surround sound setup.
